A retrieval-augmented assistant trained on AimPoint's teaching materials. Helps students and instructors find answers about the method, find local clinics, and reinforce technique between sessions.
An admin curates the master corpus. Members query through the chatbot — each tier receives a different slice of the knowledge base.
Problem
AimPoint has a global teaching network and decades of method content, but students and prospective students had no centralized way to ask questions, find local instruction, or reinforce the method between clinics. Email and live chat don't scale to a global brand with thousands of instructors.
Approach
We built a retrieval-augmented assistant grounded in AimPoint's own materials, so every answer is faithful to the method. We layered instructor lookup with Google Maps for the find-a-clinic flow, added rate limiting and admin tooling, and shipped it as a first-class part of the brand.
What we built
A Next.js web app with a streaming chat interface, a scraped-and-embedded knowledge base in Supabase pgvector, an admin dashboard for content curation, and an integrated instructor finder. Production-hardened with Upstash rate limits and a documented security audit.
Outcome
Live as the AI assistant on AimPoint's web presence. Functions as both a marketing surface and a student support tool, faithful to the method and ready to scale across the global instructor network.
